Deposits & Cancellations

Jay Hammonds UkeGroup Ukulele Classes for Adults & Children

 

All fees, are payable in advance. Payment for lessons is termly and should be made in full at the beginning of each term. You will be required to pay for the full course regardless of how many classes you are
able to attend. If payment is not received, UkeGroup reserves the right to discontinue teaching and allocate the lesson to another student. If a student leaves half way through a course, fees are non refundable.

Please note: Returning students are required to pay for their next block of classes by the last week of there current course. Returning students are required to give notice by the last week of their current course if you are not continuing the next block of classes.

Paying in Full

If you cancel your place one week before the course is due,  50% is NON refundable unless UkeGroup cancels the course then this will be refunded in FULL within 5-10 working days as issued by payment method.

 

The full amount is non-refundable if you cancel after the course start date, unless  UkeGroup cancels the course then this will be refunded in FULL within 5-10 working days as issued by payment method.

 

Group and Individual classes missed by you or your child are non-refundable. Classes cancelled by an organisation or school are non-refundable, tutors are still expected to be paid.

In the event the tutor cancels a class, you will be offered a make-up session at an agreed date or a refund or credit for the session will be arranged. Please note: Makeup sessions, refunds or credits are only issued if the tutor cancels a lesson, not if students miss lessons. Credits are only available for up to 14 days after you have received a notification. If after 14 days, you have not responded your refund is non-refundable.

Holiday Courses are not eligible for credits for cancellations

 

Please note: If your child is attending a holiday workshop were breaks and snacks are permitted, it is a NUT FREE ZONE.
