Ukulele Kids offers fun, friendly group ukulele lessons designed to introduce children to music in an exciting and accessible way. We use well-known nursery rhymes or popular age-appropriate songs so every session feels familiar, enjoyable, and confidence-boosting. Ukulele Kids classes are suitable for children aged 3+ and operate as drop-off sessions.

For younger little ones, Ukulele Tots & Toddlers (ages 0 to 3 years) provides a joyful musical experience through nursery rhymes, sing-alongs, movement, and playful props to spark curiosity. These are parent/carer-supported sessions.
All sessions are held term-time only, and last 30 minutes.

Learning the ukulele is a fantastic way for children to explore rhythm, develop coordination, and enjoy their first musical instrument in a warm, supportive group environment.

Ukulele Kids Term Time Classes
What We Offer!

UkeGroup provides lessons for a range of abilities, from complete beginners to more advanced students. Ukulele classes are available in group settings—such as schools and after-school clubs—as well as through individual lessons and online zoom lessons. Classes are term time only.
Our ukulele classes supports early musicianship along with Early Years Learning EYFS. The ukulele is a wonderful way to start your child’s musical journey—it’s fun, joyful, and perfectly sized for little hands. Children will enjoy singing while learning to strum, pluck, and play basic chord progressions like, C, Am and F. Ukuleles are provided, but children are welcome to bring their own; the tutor will be happy to tune it for them.

Ukulele Kids Party's
UkeGroup also offers children’s party sessions, perfect for adding a fun musical activity to your child’s birthday. We provide a lively 30-minute ukulele session filled with singing and an introduction to the instrument using well-known children’s songs. All ukuleles are provided, along with bright, colourful children’s chairs to create a fun and vibrant party atmosphere.
